Introduction

The Department of Commerce (International Business) was incepted in the year 2017 – 18, in order to cater to the demands of corporate companies involved in the export/ import business. The department makes the edge in providing an updated curriculum which covers the subjects viz., commerce, export, import, shipping, GST and packaging. The department staff members have published research articles in International and National journals. The department organizes workshop and seminars to provide practical knowledge and the skills required for processing the International Business Degree. The department is marching with a vision to enrich and enlighten the students to become a dignified entrepreneur in export/ import business. In order to make the vision realized, the curriculum is set on par with best of industry expectation.
